Anatoly Sedov
Chef at Haragun
With over 15 years of experience, Anatoly began his culinary journey with Japanese cuisine. He studied this delicate art and fell in love with it completely after a gastro tour in Japan. Soon after, he advanced rapidly in his career and, within six months, became head of the Japanese cuisine department at one of Odesa’s largest clubs, “ITAKA.” He later completed a series of internships in European restaurants before moving to Crimea, where he joined the first five-star hotel in the region, Villa Elena. Over four productive years, he rose to the position of Head Chef. Anatoly has visited more than 15 countries in search of culinary inspiration. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Brand Chef at the stunning Aivazovskoe Park in Crimea. Since 2023, he has led Haragun Restaurant from its opening — and in 2024, it was included in the long list of Kazakhstan’s best restaurants.
